Passing Through 19 Countries Unscathed (I Hope)

These days, when many of us think of crossing a country border, we picture standing in an airport immigration line waiting to have our visas checked or passports stamped. Crossing by land is not so different. The lines and stamps are still there, though I’d imagine that there would be the addition of fences, soldiers, and a slightly run-down building to wait in while paperwork gets checked.
